How I work
No two airlines sit at the same point with their data. So the engagement should match where you are—not where a framework says you should be. I work three ways:
Advisory
Strategic guidance, without the embed. When you have the team but need direction—a roadmap, an org design, a second read on the strategy before you commit. I come in as a thinking partner, not a dependency.
Fractional
Senior data leadership, part-time. When you need CDO-level leadership but aren't ready for a full-time hire—or not yet. I embed with your team, carry real accountability and build capability from the inside, not from a deck.
Program leadership
From rented stack to owned foundation. When the foundation itself is the problem and the decision's made to fix it—standing up the data and services layer your business owns, instead of renting it in pieces from vendors. I lead the program: outcomes first, sequenced crawl-walk-run, built around what's already working rather than a teardown.
